As a dedicated service provider within the Good Things Foundation HMRC Support program, our mission is clear: to empower individuals who face barriers in accessing and using HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) services. We recognise that navigating HMRC services can be complex, especially for those who are digitally excluded.

Our Approach

  1. Tailored Guidance: We understand that each person’s situation is unique. Our team works closely with individuals to provide friendly, expert assistance. Whether it’s access to technology and the internet or demystifying complex forms, we’re here to guide our customers every step of the way.
  2. Digital Inclusion: In an increasingly digital world, access to online services is crucial. We bridge the digital divide by helping customers gain the necessary skills to navigate HMRC’s digital platforms. From setting up accounts to submitting forms electronically, we empower them to confidently engage with HMRC online.
  3. Empathy and Patience: We recognize that dealing with online services can be stressful. Our approach is empathetic and patient. We listen actively, address concerns, and provide reassurance. Whether it’s a single parent seeking child tax credits or a retiree navigating pension-related queries, we treat every interaction with care.

Looking Ahead

As we continue this vital work, we remain steadfast in our dedication to digital inclusion, compassionate support, and empowering individuals to navigate the digital landscape confidently. Together, we’ll ensure that no one is left behind, regardless of their digital literacy or circumstances.

If you have any specific questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out! 😊

The events of the last few years have pushed digital exclusion firmly into the spotlight. With 2.6 million people in the UK still offline, and almost 15 million with very low digital engagement, there is still a big job to do. Through this period, people have relied on digital technology to access essential services, including those provided by the Government.
